Brewco Saw Systems, a leading manufacturer of sawmill equipment, is investing $1.2 million to expand its operations in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky—an initiative that will create 20 new jobs and more than double its local workforce. The expansion includes an 11,000-square-foot addition to its Central City facility, allowing for new equipment, increased fabrication capacity, and a larger paint bay to support the company’s growing product line.
Governor Andy Beshear praised the announcement as another sign of Kentucky’s strong manufacturing momentum and expressed gratitude for Brewco’s continued investment in the region. Local leaders, including Central City Mayor Tony Armour, also celebrated the news as a major win for the community.
