Available in four different configurations, the Gang Saw by Brewco is like none other. Precision cut one-inch thick side plates, solid 5" diameter feed rolls with 2-7/16" shafts (top and bottom), outboard bearings and sprockets, and a unique chip breaker is quickly becoming known as the new industry standard. The solid top and bottom feed rolls are hardened, but not like others do. Others simply chrome-harden the tooth surface. We go the extra step and perform a unique chemical-hardening process that hardens the whole roll, shaft and all. Yes, it is more difficult, but your satisfaction is important to us.
